Centralization of product information (Akeneo PIM)

The Akeneo PIM system was implemented as the main tool for cataloging and managing products from multiple categories: heating, installations, and bathroom equipment. Thanks to it, all product data is collected in one place, with its quality and consistency kept under full control.

Custom administrative panel

We created a dedicated administrative panel that enables:

  • sharing product information through an API integrated with the PIM,
  • managing users and companies using the database,
  • controlling access levels and generating real-time reports.

Commercial SaaS product

The platform operates as a commercial service (SaaS), enabling companies in the industry to access:

  • the latest product information,
  • catalog prices,
  • technical and marketing descriptions,
  • photos and multimedia materials.

Akeneo PIM has become the central repository that ensures organization and full control over hundreds of thousands of product records.

Scalability and flexibility

The created administrative panel enables dynamic management of users and companies. Each business partner can access information in a way tailored to their needs. They can also create accounts for their employees, granting them access to resources.

Process automation

Thanks to the integration of PIM + the administrative panel, companies no longer need to update catalogs manually — all data is updated in real time via API. Yuppim clients can therefore integrate their ERP systems, such as SAP, Comarch Optima, etc., with the Yuppim database and automatically retrieve product information.
